竖式自燃节能炉处理废氯化汞触媒

摘要 进行了竖式自燃节能炉处理废氯化汞触媒的研究。废氯化汞触媒粉碎后,在加热搅拌的条件下用石灰乳进行化学预处理,其中的HgCl_2转化成HgO,然后压制成团自然干燥,在不添加其它任何燃料的情况下在竖式自燃节能炉内进行冶炼。该项技术节能环保,汞的直收率可达75%,综合回收率在99%以上。 The paper studies waste mercuric chloride catalyst disposal in vertical spontaneous combustion energysaving stoves. In the disposal process, waste mercuric chloride catalyst would experienced chemical pretreatment with lime under condition of heating and blending after crashed, in which HgCl2 would be transformed into HgO and pressed into cake, then after natural drying, it would be smelted in vertical spontaneous combustion energysaving stove without adding any fuel. This is an environmental friendly technology with mercury recovery rate 75% and comprehensive recovery rate above 99%.
