摘要
介绍了圣麻纤维的特点,对圣麻、天丝、精梳棉3组分针织用纱的混合方法、纺纱工艺流程及各工序的工艺配置进行了设计,探讨了提高成纱质量的一些关键技术措施。实践表明,合理配置的纺纱工艺流程,优选了的各工艺参数,有利于成纱质量的稳定与提高。
Characteristics of Shengma fiber was introduced.Blend method,spinning technological process and technological parameters of tri-component knitting yarn including Shengma,Tencel and combed cotton were designed,and key technical measures of improvement yarn forming quality were also discussed.The practice showed that optimizing processing parameters and configuring spinning processing reasonably could enhance yarn quality.
