摘要
目的了解河北张家口地区鸡场感染大肠杆菌的情况及其耐药程度.方法无菌采集临床疑似大肠杆菌病鸡的心、肝、脾进行细菌学检验,鉴定出大肠杆菌9株,血清型鉴定并对其中鉴定出血清型的3株菌进行药敏试验.结果血清型主要为O1,O148,O78;三个菌株表现出对利福平、多黏菌素B、头孢类药物相似的药物敏感性,对盐酸大观霉素、头孢喹肟、阿莫西林耐药(头孢喹肟、阿莫西林的MIC≥512 g/L).结论血清型存在多重分布,耐药性广泛.
Objective To study infection and resistance to E. coli from clinical chicken of Zhangjiakou area in Hebei province. Methods 9 strains was obtained to inspect serotype and susceptibility test on heart, liver and spleen of the clinical Chicken by bacteriological analysis, on 3 of which drug sensitivity test were done. Results There were O1, O148 and 078 serotypes on E. coli ; the similar drug sensitivity was obtained to RA, Polymyxin and cephalosporins; the similar drug resistance to spectinomycin hydrochloride, Hydrochloride spectinomycin, cephalosporins quinoline oxime and amoxicillin （MIC of cephalosporins quinoline oxime and amoxicillin ≥512g/L）. Conclusion The multi-distribution and widespread drug resistance exist.
