摘要
中国当前正处于经济转轨时期,制度缺失导致银行业出现大量腐败问题。文章采用2001年29个城市的横截面数据检验了制度与银行腐败程度之间的关系,结果显示,产权制度的不断完善对于降低国有银行腐败程度发挥了关键作用,但法律制度并没有发挥作用。
China is in transition. Institutions deficiency leads to corruption in Chinese hanking industry. The paper tests tke relationship between institutions and corruption in hanking industry using cross section data of tweuty-nine cities in 2001.The result shows that imprnves property right institutions is the key to resolve corruption, but Legal system does not play a role.
