单壁碳纳米管致小鼠肝脏组织蛋白质氧化损伤的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究单壁碳纳米材料对小鼠肝组织蛋白质的氧化损伤作用。方法用不同剂量的单壁碳纳米管悬浮液(0.1,0.2,0.4 mg/ml)对小鼠进行腹腔注射一次性染毒,7 d后用2,4-二硝基苯肼比色法测定小鼠肝组织蛋白质的羰基含量,以判断蛋白质的氧化损伤程度。结果注入0.4 mg/ml单壁碳纳米管悬浮液后,小鼠肝的蛋白质羰基较对照组含量呈显著升高(P<0.05),而在低浓度(0.1 mg/ml)和中浓度(0.2 mg/ml)无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论单壁碳纳米管在高浓度(0.4 mg/ml)时,能引起小白鼠肝的蛋白质氧化损伤。 Objective To explore the protein oxidative damage induced by Single-walled Carbon Nanotubes in mice livers. Methods One dose of Single-walled Carbon Nanotubes with different concentrations (0. 1 mg/ml,0. 2 mg/ml, 0. 4 mg/ml) were injected. After 7 days,the protein carbonyl content was measured by spectrophotometric DNPH assay to reflect the degree of protein oxidative damage. Results The protein carbonyl content in mice liver increased significantly in the group of 0.4 mg/ml as compared with the control ( P 〈 0.05 ) , while there was no significant difference in the group of lower concentration (0. 1 mg/mL) and medium concentration ( 0. 2 mg/ml). Conclusion High concentration of Singlewalled Carbon Nanotubes can lead to liver protein oxidative damage in mice.
