四磨汤治疗小儿黄疸30例临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察四磨汤口服液治疗小儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法:将60例黄疸患儿按就诊顺序随机分成两组。对照组(30例)采用茵陈5g水煎服,每日3次口服;治疗组采用四磨汤口服液5ml每日3次口服;两组疗程均为3天;观察两组治疗前后胆红素变化及不良反应。结果:四磨汤治疗组总有效率100%,茵陈对照组总有效率96.7%。两组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),均未见药物不良反应。结论:四磨汤口服液治疗小儿黄疸疗效显著,应用方便,值得应用。
