摘要
目的探讨院前急救模式未来的发展方向。方法将4256例院前急救病例随机分为A、B两组,即将A组由本市非专业化院前急救小组救治的2013例作为对照组;将B组由德阳市急救中心专职院前急救小组救治的2243例作为研究组,将两组的院前救治情况及质量进行比较分析。结果院内反应时间及到达现场时间、院前处置率及院前救治有效率专业组高于非专业组,院前病死率专业组低于非专业组。结论专业化队伍能全面改善院前急救质量,提高救治成功率,专业化院前急救模式将成为院前急救发展的方向。
Objectives To explore the prospective development trend of the pre-hospital emergencey models. Methods 4256 patients of pre-hospital emergencey were randomly divided into two groups ,including group A and group B. Group A （2013 cases） was treated by the unprofessional pre-hospital emergencey team of our city. Group B （2243 cases） was treated by the professional pre-hospital emergencey team from the urgent care centre （UCC） of Deyang city. The quality of pre-hospital emergencey was analyzed. Results There was no significant difference between group A and B in rescuing radius, disease classification and pathogenetic condition grading （P〉0. 05）. The hospital response time, the time of arrival and the pre-hospital processing rate in group B were significantly lower than that in group A （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Specialized membership can improve the quality of pre-hospital emergencey. The professional prehospital emergencey modle should become the trend of pre-hospital emergencey.
