摘要
作者2005年5月对由越冬水鸟取食所造成的拉市海农业生态系统的经济损失进行了调查。以由GIS软件所产生的200个随机取样点所获得的资料来推算,拉市海农业生态系统主要的小春作物按所占面积大小排序依次为小麦、蚕豆、油菜、大麦、豌豆、鸡豆和蔬菜。水鸟偏好取食的作物种类主要为小麦(25.9%种植面积受损害)、蚕豆(7.8%)和豌豆(6.9%),其他作物相对受害较轻。整个拉市海农业生态系统中的经济损失约144万元。政府对2005年拉市海周边农户提供的水鸟损害的经济补偿为15万元,仅占实际损失量的1/10。研究结果表明,政府应增加经济补偿以促进社会和谐发展。
A survey on the economic loss caused by the water birds wintering in Lashihai Lake area was conducted in May 2008. As inferred from the survey data collected at 200 random points caused by GIS software, the major crops planted in Lashihai were wheat, broad bean, pea, rape, barley, chicken bean, and vegetable, ranking by their sizes. The preferred crops for water birds were wheat （25.9% of the planted area were damaged） ,broad bean （7.8%）and pea（6.9%）, but damages to the other crops were lighter. The economic loss caused in the whole agoecosystem was about 1,440,000 yuan. Compared to this, the 150,000 yuan provide by the government to the villages around Lashihai Lake was very inadequate, only accounting for one tenth of the real loss. These results suggest stronger compensation to the loss caused by water birds was needed in this area, to achieve a harmonious society in this area.
