摘要
针对建筑施工合同管理中的变更与索赔的关系,对合同价格的清晰界定及优先受偿权等问题进行了深入探讨,并就如何避免结算纠纷,提出了行之有效的防范对策,以加强建筑施工合同管理。
Aiming at the relationship between change and claim in building construction contract government, clear definition of contract cost and payment priority were discussed in deep, and the effective prevention policy how to avoid settlement bother was provided, so as to strength building construction contract government.
