以不同年龄段的老年人行为习惯为切入点,针对老年人的特殊需要,总结了老年住宅设计上的特点,得出老年住宅应在细部设计上加强的结论,并提出了相应的解决措施,旨在为老年人提供一个舒适安逸的居住环境。
From the breakthrough point of the behavior habits of elders at different ages and the special needs of the eiders, the paper points out the characteristics of the residential de.signs for elders, concludes to improve the detailed de.signs in residences of elders and indicates some respective solutions so as to provide a comfortable living environment for elders.
