A Synthesis of Research on Financial Aid to Impoverished College Students(1994~2007)

摘要 高校贫困生资助研究在时序分布上呈现逐年递增、拐点分段、渐成体系三大特点;在研究视角上集中于教育理论与教育管理、社会学及统计学、思想政治教育和心理学;研究分为探索构建、调整完善、扩充发展和系统集成四个阶段。由于高校贫困生资助从开始为"资助"而"资助"转向为"育人"而"资助",向"公平"、"发展"和"效能"的方向发展,其研究也开始从独立、分散走向系统、集成,出现了大量综合性论文和专著,为实现高校贫困生资助体系的规范化、科学化和效益化奠定了理论基础。同时,随着资助从资金、政策的获取阶段转入资金、政策的整合和优化使用阶段,许多研究者开始着手研究现有资助政策、资助资源的最佳整合办法和优化配置方案。 Researches on financial aid to impoverished college students are gradually on the rise and can be divided into several stages according to the turning points and are developing into system. The research perspectives focus on educational theory and management, sociology and statistics, and education of ideology and politics as well as psychology. The research contents can be categorized into four steps: establishment, adjustment, expansion and integration. The researches have shifted from "aid for the aid's sake" to "aid for educating" and to the direction of fairness, development and efficiency. The appearance of a large number of systematical and integrated articles and monographs lays a solid foundation for the creation of a standardized, scientific and efficient system of financial aid to impoverished college students. Another shift of research focus is from the stage of obtaining fund and policy to the stage of integrating and optimizing fund and policy, especially the methods of integrating the available aid resources and the programs of optimal resource allocation.
