摘要
随着高科技的迅速发展,运用生物科技手段实施的犯罪不仅威胁到国家、社会和公民的安全,还向传统伦理提出了挑战,其潜在的危害性将逐步显现出来。将这一社会问题纳入犯罪学的视野,从生成机理和政府管治的角度进行研究,提出包括完善技术防范、建立社会控制机制在内的应对措施,能最大限度地实现科技创新与法律道德建设的和谐相处与同生共长。
With the swift development of advanced technology, the crime with the biological thchnology is not only the great menace to the country, society and the citizen, but also a great challenge to traditional ethics. The harm hidden in it will come out gradually. The scientific innovation and legal and morality construction will be comforbale with each other maximumly and develop commonly by putting it into the scope of criminology, studying it from the angle of formation mechanism and governance, putting forward counter-measurs including improving technological prevention and building social control system.
