摘要
自由这一范畴是康德道德形而上学体系的基石,但同时它又是一个只可以思维不可以认识的先天的理念,于是康德必然要面对自由的客观实在性如何可能的问题;即使自由的客观实在性得到证明,有限的理性存在者(人)的自由又在道德法则与自然法则、自由与法则的矛盾中遭遇了困境。只有这两个问题都得到确证,那么道德法则才有可能,道德形而上学也才有可能。
Freedom,the category,is the foundation of Kant's system of moral metaphysics,but it is also an innate idea which can only be visualized without being cognitive.Therefore,Kant has to confront the issue of objectivism of liberty.Even though the objectivism of liberty has been demonstrated,the human beings with only limited reason are troubled by the contradictions between moral law and natural law,freedom and law.Only when these two issues are tackled are there possibilities for moral law and moral metaphysics.
