摘要
30年来,我国的社会主义市场经济建设,是在中国特色社会主义伟大旗帜下,解放思想,与时俱进,突破"正统"马克思主义和西方经济学的教条而进行的前无古人的制度创新和理论创新。创建中国社会主义市场经济新体制的这个历史性进程,既对我们提出了创立转轨经济学和社会主义市场经济学的要求,也提供了充分的可能。我国是在三个"转轨"同时进行的条件下建立社会主义市场经济的。我国的转轨经济和社会主义市场经济,跟西方发达的资本主义市场经济相比较,在经济结构、市场成熟程度上有很大差别和差距。创立有中国特色的"转轨经济学"和社会主义市场经济学的历史任务,我们无法指望也不应该指望国外"高手"来替我们完成,这是中国经济学人所无法推卸、也不应推卸的历史性责任。
The construction of China's socialist market economy is a creation both in system and theory.This historical process not only demands the necessity but also brings about the possibility of building transition economics and socialist market economics.Compared with the western developed market economy,China's transition economy is greatly different in economic structure and market maturity.Therefore,the historical task of building transition economics and socialist market economics with Chinese features falls on the shoulders of Chinese economic theorists and workers.
