摘要
CA3GA2发动机是一款1.0L排量的3缸汽油机,电喷汽油机的进气系统对发动机的动力性和经济性有很大的影响。文章介绍了利用CAD/CAE等现代计算机辅助设计手段对CA3GA2发动机的进气歧管进行优化设计,然后对其进行发动机台架试验,考核其可靠性及对整机性能的影响,经过反复优化,进气歧管最终达到开发目标。
CA3GA2 engine is a 1.0-litre, 3 cylinders gasoline engine. The intake system of EFI engine has a great effect on engine power performance and economic performance. This article introduces optimized design of CA3GA2 engine＇s intake manifold by using modern computer-aid method such as CAD/CAE.Then check its reliability and influence on engine performance by bench test. Through repeated optimization the aim of the design is reached.
