青少年罪犯是一个特殊的社会群体,帮助青少年罪犯顺利地回归社会是青少年社区矫正的最终目的。优势视角下的社会工作是一种策略性的弱化案主的问题,而更多地关注案主的优势和潜能的社会工作实践的新模式。借助优势视角,分析优势视角介入青少年社区矫正的三个层面的策略:发现优势、发挥优势和发展优势。
The juvenile offenders is a special social group, to help juvenile offenders smooth return society is the final goal of juvenile community corrections. The strengths perspective of social work is one kind of the new pattem that strategic weakening of the main issues, what＇ more , It pays more attention to the social worker＇s capability and his own strengths. This article,with the aid of the strengths perspective, analyzed the strengths perspective to intervene three stratification plane strategies of juvenile community corrections ： Discover strengths, Exert strengths and Development strengths.
