摘要
介绍阳极炉原收尘系统的组成及存在的问题,在综合考虑收尘系统余热利用的基础上,通过对几种收尘方式的对比,确定了阳极炉收尘改造的工艺流程,并在阳极炉上应用布袋收尘系统,实现了阳极炉节能减排的目标。
This paper recommends the constitute and insufficiency of original dust collecting system of anode furnace. Considering waste heat utilization of the dust collecting system synthetically, comparing with several dust collecting methods, it determines the technological flow of dust collecting system transformation on anode furnace, applies the fabric bag dust collecting system on anode furnace, attains the goal of energy saving and emission reduction.
