摘要
针对国营钢铁特大型企业设备及技术引进管理信息系统的设计和开发进行了研究。采用系统工程和ISO9000质量管理标准的理论和方法,对业务流程进行了分析与再造,用信息技术对再造后的流程进行信息化改造,设计出系统总体功能模型,在总体功能设计的基础上利用软件工程的原型化开发方法进行了研究。
The dissertation probe into designing and developing an information system, which is used in the equipment and technology import management of a state - owned Export ＆ Import Company. The dissertation managed to analysis and rebuild the existing business flow applying the theory or method of systems engineering, project management,ISO9000 quality assurance standard. Then the dissertation reconstructs the rebuilding business flow by the information technique. Next the dissertation gives a blue print of the function designing process of the Import ＆ Export Project Management information system management, which was certificated by the business man. At last, the dissertation expatiate the developing process of the system based on the function designing files.
