摘要
利用非线性有限元数值仿真技术,对某SWATH典型实船单点硬搁浅过程进行研究,得出小水线面船搁浅过程中的搁浅载荷、能量吸收、结构损伤特性和运动情况。结果表明,小水线面搁浅过程中X方向的搁浅载荷是主要载荷,结构的损伤变形只波及触底区域附近结构,搁浅部位支柱的应力不高,没有明显的塑性变形,搁浅损伤路径略向船体内侧倾斜,SWATH的潜体壳板和潜体纵骨发挥了重要的吸能作用,经历搁浅第一阶段后小水线面船的剩余动能大部分转换为X向平动动能,少部分转化为Z向平动动能及绕X轴和Z轴的旋转动能。
By using non-linear finite element numerical simulation technique, the single-point hard grounding process of some real SWATH was studied, which helped to know about the grounding load and energy absorption mechanism and characteristics of structure impair and motion state. The results indicate that in the grounding process of SWATH, the grounding load in X direction is the main load; deformation of SWATH appeares only in the structure of grounding region, and that there is not high stress and apparent plastic strain in backup-post of grounding region, and that deformation path inclined to inner-side of hull, shell and longitudinal of submarine play an important role in absorption energy. After the first phase of grounding, a majority of residual kinetic energy is transformed into translation kinetic energy in X direction, and the rest is transformed into the translation kinetic energy in Z direction and the rotation kinetic energy in X direction and Z direction.
