南水北调工程山东段水资源实时调度模型研究 被引量:3

摘要 运用多目标规划和动态规划的基本理论,以济平干渠供水区为例,建立了南水北调工程山东段实时调度数学模型,用遗传算法对所建立的模型进行求解,获得供水区水资源优化分配方案、东平湖及济平干渠按年、月、旬等不同时段的优化调度方案。结果表明,遗传算法求解多目标优化问题较为有效,研究成果对南水北调工程山东段水资源的实时调度及管理具有一定的理论价值和实际意义。 Using the basic theories of multiple objectives scheduling programming and dynamic programming, allocation models and real - time models of the dispatch of water resources have established. These models can be solved by genetic algorithms, thus the allocation and the real - time dispatch of water resources have been acquired, then the real- time operation decision -making system for the received basin of the Jiping Channel is developed based on GIS . The outcome shows that multiple objectives can be solved by genetic algorithms efficiently and the results have certain theoretical worth and actual meaning to the future dispatch and management of water resources of the East Route of the South - to - North Water Transfer Project ( segment of Shandong).
