乳腺癌保乳手术 被引量：9

摘要 乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，近十余年来我国乳腺癌发病率有逐渐升高趋势，北京、上海、天津等大城市的乳腺癌发病率均占女性恶性肿瘤的前两位。随着诊断技术的进步，早期乳腺癌的诊断率明显提高。早期乳腺癌采用保留乳房手术（保乳手术）及术后放、化疗是近年来乳腺癌治疗的重要进展之一。
