摘要
振动现象普遍存在于工程结构和生产过程中,也是影响零件加工质量和限制生产率提高的主要因素之一。本文在切削机理的基础上,对切削的动力学模型进行了研究,并推导出切削过程闭环系统的传递函数,对于分析切削加工系统的稳定性具有重要意义。
The vibration is a ubiquity in the engineering structure and production process, and it also is the one of primary factors that affect the processing quality and limit the productivity. On the basis of cutting mechanism the cutting dynamic model is studied, and the transfer function of the closed loop system in cutting process is deduced, which is very important to analyze the stability of cutting machining system.
