摘要
香港与内地华资联号企业缘起于清末,区域主要集中于南方邻近省份,以内地往香港拓展者为多。与此同时,在香港的华商亦向内地新兴产业投资。由于联号是呈内外双向发展的,华商通过这种形式,逐步建立起将香港与内地市场紧密相联的商行网络,并成为海外华侨与祖国联系的桥梁。
Associated enterprises by overseas Chinese in Hongkong and on Mainland dated from Late Qing Dynasty.They were mainly located in south provinces,and most were those exploited from mainland to Hongkong.Meanwhile,oversea businessmen invested in the new industries on mainland.Owing to the inner and outer two-way development,associated enterprises began to knit the business net between Hongkong and mainland market,and became as the bridge connecting the oversea Chinese and country.
