摘要
本文研究了用高效液相色谱法测定新型除草剂氯磺隆含量的方法,在反相ODS柱上,用甲醇—水作流动相进行洗脱,紫外225nm检测,以萘作内标定量,方法快速、灵敏、准确,氯磺隆的最小检出量为0.8ng,变异系数为1.4%,回收率为100.7%,一次分析仅需3分钟。
A simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate method for analysis of chiorsulfuron a new typeherbicide. was achieved by using a reversed-phase ODS column, a methanol-water solvent system,an internal standard of naphthalene and the absorbance being detected at 225 nm. The detectionlimit, the coefficient of variance and the recovery of this method were 0.8ng, 1.4% and 100.7%respectively.
