表面活性剂双水相的研究进展与应用

摘要 阴阳离子表面活性剂混合体系,在一定浓度及混合比范围内,可以形成两个互不相溶、平衡共存的双水相,称为表面活性剂双水相。文章对表面活性剂双水相的形成、萃取原理、相图与液晶结构的关系以及相界面的性质、应用方向等进行了综述,对双水相技术目前所存在的问题以及发展前景作了简要的论述。 We reported here that two aqueous phases were formed when cationic surfactant was mixed with anionic surfactant at certain concentration. This phenomena had been called as aqueous surfactant twophases (ATPS). The basic features and application of the aqueous two-phase extraction was introdunced. The relationship between aqueous two-phases system and liquid crystal structure (LCS) of cationic and anionic surfactants mixture was studied. Phase interface of it was also mentioned. Its directions in the future and some unresolved problems were pointed out.
