摘要
甘南生态环境状态恶化,生态十分脆弱,极不稳定。自20世纪50年代至目前,甘南河流流量减少,含沙量增大,水土流失面积扩大。森林覆盖率减少,草原沙化加剧。这不仅直接关系到甘南各族群众的生产生活问题,也直接影响着黄河、长江中下游地区人民群众的生产安全。分析了甘南地区生态环境问题产生的原因,并针对问题提出了保护对策。保护和恢复甘南生态环境,促进区域经济的可持续发展,具有稳定的现实意义和长江的战略意义。
The ecological environment in the southern Gansu Province is worsening,the ecology is very fragile and unsteady.Since 1950s, the ecological environment is in a degrading state:the river flow in the southern Gansu Province reduced,the sediment concentration in the rivers and soil-water loss increased,the forest coverage decreased and desertification of grasslands aggravated.This situation not only relates to the production and livings of the mass,but also directly influences the production safety of the mass in the middle and lower reach of the Yangtze River and the Yel- low River.The occurring causes of ecological problems in the southern Gansu Province are analyzed and the protection measures are put forward in the light of the problems.Protecting and restoring the ecological environment and promoting the regional economic sustainable development possess impor- tant real significance and long-term strategic significance.
