Preparation and Antibacterial Properties of Cupric Oxide Nanoparticles by Microwave Method

摘要 首次以无水硫酸铜(CuSO4)和六次甲基四胺((CH2)6N4)为原料,用微波法,通过改变反应物浓度比制备出粒径和形貌不同的氧化铜纳米颗粒,并用DSC、XRD、FT-IR和TEM对产物进行了表征.用抑菌圈法研究了纳米氧化铜对金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草杆菌的抑菌能力.结果表明,纳米氧化铜对这两种细菌具有良好的抑菌能力. Different morphology and size of cupric oxide nanoparticles were prepared by microwave method through changing the ratio of solution's consistency using copper( Ⅱ )sulfate anhydrous and hexamethylenetetramine(HMT) as the starting materials for the first time. Various measuring methods were used to characterize cupric oxide nanoparticles, such as DSC, XRD, FT-IR and TEM. The antibacterial properties of cupric oxide nanoparticles were studied to slaphylococcus aureus and bacillus subtilis by antibacterium-circle measure. The results revealed that products had good antibacterial performance to two kinds of bacteria.
