摘要
目的探讨冠心病伴室性早搏患者窦性心率震荡(HRT)的变化规律及临床价值。方法应用24小时动态心电对258例伴有室性早搏的冠心病患者和186例无器质性心脏病的室性早搏患者进行窦性心率震荡检测分析比较,并计算震荡初始(TO)和震荡斜率(TS)与左室射血分数(LVEF)、心率变异性(SDNN)之间的相关性;对冠心病心肌梗塞组与非心肌梗塞组、心肌梗塞组有无不良心血管事件进行比较,计算其震荡初始(TO)和震荡斜率(TS)。结果冠心病组TO明显高于对照组,TS明显低于对照组(P<0.05);死亡组TS明显低于生存组(P<0.05);TOTS与左室射血分数(LVEF)、心率变异性(SDNN)无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论冠心病患者窦性心率震荡现象减弱,故窦性心率震荡可用于判断冠心病患者预后情况。

Conclusion Sinus patients with coronary heart disease is weakened heart rate shocks, the sinus heart rate shocks can be used to determine the prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease cases.
