p73基因生物学功能及其在胃癌组织表达的临床意义

摘要 p53基因是与人类恶性肿瘤相关性最高的抑癌基因，约半数以上恶性肿瘤的发生发展与其基因突变、失活及缺失密切相关。p73被认为是抑癌基因p53基因家族的新成员之一，具有p53活性，如诱导生长阻滞和细胞凋亡及诱导分化等，其异常表达（缺失或失活）与很多肿瘤的发生发展存在密切相关。
