摘要
通过文化话语权对国家的安全与发展的重要作用,并结合当前中国文化话语权的现状,揭示了中国应当努力获取文化话语权,重点指出要从国内、国外、网络三个领域采取策略来促进中国获取文化话语权。
By important influence of culture speech privilege to the country and its present situation, China should obtain culture speech privilege. This paper points out that China should adopt methods from domestic field, overseas field and network field to obtain culture speech privilege.
