摘要
以W-C体系为研究出发点,高能球磨W、活性C和Ni的混合粉末,应用XRD、SEM、化学分析等手段,对球磨产物进行分析。结果发现,在机械合金化合成WC的过程中,Ni能有效的缩短反应时间,提高反应速率;原因是,在Ni的周围形成了以Ni为中心的微聚团,增大了W和C的接触机率和接触面积,缩短了扩散距离,从而缩短了反应时间。
Ball milling product was analyzed applying XRD.SEM and chemical assay aimed at WC system with mixed high energy ball milling W, active C and Ni power. The result shows that Ni can reduce reaction time actively during WC synthesizing process by mechanical alloying and improve reaction velocity because of the formation of micro agglomerate centered at Ni, enlarged contact probability and area between W and C, reduced dispersal distance, therefore reduced reaction time.
