摘要
面对大学生的就业困境。高校应控制办学规模、拓宽专业基础、增强学生的实际工作技能。注重培育学生的创新能力和适应各种就业环境的能力.从而为学生能够顺利地走向社会和服务社会创造条件。
In the face of the difficulties in employment of college graduates, colleges and universities should control the scale of running a school, develop the foundation of specialty, boost up the employment skill of university students, cultivate students＇ability to innovate and adapt to the employment environment.
