摘要
允许外资并购国有企业.对国有企业的改革有着重要的意义,然而外资的大量涌入与外资企业比例的不断上升,也会给国家经济和社会安全带来一些负面影响。对此我们要有充分的估计,对外资并购行为加以规范和引导,尽可能将负面影响减少到最低程度。
It has an important significance for reform of state-owned enterprises to allowing merger and acquisition （M＆A） of state-owned enterprises by foreign capital.But at the same time, with the increasing of the foreign capital, there are some risks for state economy as well as stability of our society. So we should have sufficient estimate, and try our best to minimize the risks through restricting and leading the foreign capital.
