摘要
建设工程档案管理工作是相关企业管理工作的重要组成部分,它对建设工程的质量控制、投资控制以及项目建成后的使用、维修、改造等都具有非常重要的作用.目前我国建设工程的档案管理还存在资料残缺不全、档案编制与管理不规范等不足,文中分析了存在这些问题的原因,并提出相应的改进措施和途径.
File management of construction projects, which plays an important role in quality control of the construction projects, investment control, operation, maintenance as well as the reconstruction of the building is a significant part of cooperate management. Deficiencies such as incompleteness of files, imperfectness of the file system and administration occur in current file management of construction projects in China. This thesis aims to analyzing the causes of the issues and proposing effective measures to solve the problems arise.
