基于对拳重技术的基本分析,针对青少年的特点,结合多年来青少年男子拳重运动员训练的实践,探讨青少年男子业余拳重运动初期训练的特点、重点和具体的训练计划以及训练的技术要点。分析了训练中应注意的主要问题.
Based on analyses of heavy-lifting techniques in practice and of the traits of the youth, the article discussed the charateristics, concret training plans, key ponits and key techniques of the first-phase training of young male heavy-lifting athlets. It also ponits out issues that deserves attention in the course of training.
