摘要
分析了基于 WEB 的公务员招考网上报名系统的功能需求.根据结构化程序设计的要求划分系统功能模块和进行数据库设计,着重阐述了网上缴纳报考费的实现方法和数字信封传递的解决方案.
Analyzing the function requirements of civil service examination online registration system basing on WEB,this paper mainly contains the partition of the system-function module,database design and realization mathod of paying online and transimissing digital envelopes.
