摘要
德育工作者专业化是加强和改进学校德育工作的必然要求。促进德育工作者专业化,要健全包括专业化资格制度、专业化教育培训制度、专业水平等级评估制度和德育工作者协同工作制度等方面的制度建设。实现德育工作者专业化的5个操作要领:提高认识,形成德育工作者专业化的环境氛围;坚定信念,促进德育工作者的自我成长;互动学习,加强德育工作者专业培训方式、方法的创新;行动研究,提高德育工作者的科研质量和水平;专业引领,培养德育工作者开发共享德育资源的能力。
The professional training of moral education workers is inevitable in strengthening and improving school moral education. The professional training of moral education workers involves improving various institutions including professional qualification, professional educational training, professional evaluation and cooperation of moral education workers. To achieve the professional training of moral education workers, we should improve understanding, create the atmosphere, consolidate the belief, promote the self-improvement of moral education workers, learn interactively, strengthen the innovation of professional training, carry out studies, enhance the quality of research of moral education workers, cultivate their ability to develop and share resources of moral education.
