摘要
电子文档作为新的文件存在形式,以其特有的属性为档案工作带来了新的机遇,并提出了新的挑战。在其众多的属性和特性当中,原始性是其根本特性,因为电子文档档案的存在意义就是从原始性出发并延伸的。档案工作者在实际工作中,要采取行之有效的方法去鉴别电子文档档案的原始性,以相应的技术措施保护电子文档的原始性,从而保全档案的价值。
As a new form of existence of document, electronic document have brought new opportunities and challenges to archives management. Among all attributes and features, primitive is its fundamental nature. In pactice, for archives preservation, archives-related workers should try to identify the primitive character of electronic files by effective measures, and protect it by corresponding technical backup.
