摘要
在制药过程中,仓储、采购往往是薄弱的环节,现在已经发展到物流和供应链的概念。从风险管理的概念出发,讨论了实际中可能发生的问题和解决方案,根据ICHQ7、ICHQ8、ICHQ9以及ICHQ10的要求,从设计时就考虑到其中可能产生的质量问题,而且和安全以及环境的要求结合。
In pharmaceutical process, house stocking and procurement are often weak taches. The concepts of logistics and supply chain have been developed. From the view point of risk assessment, in this article, the problems possibly occurred in practice and solution measures were discussed, including the requirements of ICH Q7, ICH Q8, ICH Q9 and ICH Q10, the quality problem needed to be taken into account in design stage and the combination of safety and environment protection.
