摘要
较系统地阐述了除菌级膜过滤器进行验证的必要性,介绍了为验证所需进行的膜过滤嚣完整性测试的基本常识,进而分析了目前国内外膜过滤器完整性测试仪存在的测量误差和难以胜任在位使用等缺陷的原因,并最终详细介绍了已顺利解决上述问题的ZY-1型膜过滤器在位完整性测试仪。
The necessity to verify sterilization membrane filter was stated and the basic knowledge in membrane filter integrity measuring was introduced. Then, the causes resulting in the measurement error existed in membrane filter integrity measuring instrument at home and abroad and malfunction of these instruments in use were analyzed. Finally, ZY-1 membrane filter in-service integrity measuring instrument, from which the problems mentioned before has been removed, was introduced in detail.
