副猪嗜血杆菌的分离鉴定和药敏试验研究 被引量：4

摘要 从山东某繁育猪场送检的疑似病例中分离到4株革兰氏阴性细小杆菌,通过培养特性试验和生化试验初步诊断为副猪嗜血杆菌,根据副猪嗜血杆菌16SrRNA序列设计引物,进行PCR鉴定,结果表明4株分离菌株为副猪嗜血杆菌。对4株分离菌株进行小白鼠毒力试验和药敏试验,结果表明,4株分离菌能致死小白鼠,对头孢他啶、头孢噻呋、氧氟沙星、多西环素、环丙沙星敏感,对土霉素、链霉素、林可霉素抵抗。
