摘要
为了选择一种合理的货车滚动轴承清洗方法，通过对目前国内外常用的一些金属清洗方法全面地分析比较，提出了应用超声波清洗的方法，重点介绍了该方法的原理、特点和实际设备，从理论和实践两方面证明了采用超声波清洗货车滚动轴承是较理想的清洗方法。
For exploring a reasonable method of cleaning freight car rolling bearing,in this paper, via overall analysis and comparison on the common methods of interal and foreign cleaning metal at present,we advance the basis on cleaning them with ultrasonic wave and mainly introduce the principle,feature of this method and the actual equipment.Proved it is a fine method to clean freight car rolling bearing with ultrasonic wave from theory and practice.
