摘要
中国经济体制改革走过了30年光辉历程。1978年至1992年为第一阶段,是中国从计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济体制转化的过渡阶段;1992年至2008年,即改革的后16年为第二阶段,是社会主义市场经济开始建立到逐步完善的阶段。中国经济体制改革30年,在六个方面取得了宝贵的经验:用渐进方式进行经济体制改革;坚持社会主义基本制度与发展市场经济相结合;"看不见的手"与"看得见的手"的有效结合;在宏观调控中对财政与货币政策的综合运用;政治体制改革和经济体制改革相互配合;正确处理改革、发展、稳定的关系。
The economic system reform in China has experienced thirty splendid years. Phase One （ 1975 - 1992 ） ： a transition from planned economy to socialist market economy ; Phase Two （ 1992 - 2005 ） , the latter sixteen years since the Open Policy , a period of socialist market economy from establishment to gradual imperfection. China has gained valuable ex- perience in six aspects during the thirty years： carrying out the economic system reform gradually, insisting on the combination of basic socialist institutions and development market economy, effectively combining “invisible hand” with “visible hand” , overall applying fiscal and monetary policy in macro adjustment, political system reform cooperating with economic reform, and correctly dealing with the relationship among reform, development and stability.
