摘要
为开发利用柑橘落果资源,利用HPLC分析哈姆林甜橙、温州蜜柑、冰糖橙、脐橙和槿柑5个品种柑橘落果中的药用成分并测定其含量.结果表明,5个品种柑橘落果中的药用成分主要以橙皮苷、辛弗林为主(橙皮苷质量分数为9.58%~13.78%,均值为11.89%,略高于酸橙枳实平均含量,辛弗林质量分数为0.60%~1.92%,均值为0.96%,明显高于酸橙枳实平均含量);不同品种柑橘落果中橙皮苷、辛弗林含量均随落果直径的增大而减少,辛弗林下降幅度更大,如冰糖橙落果辛弗林下降幅度最大达76%;柑橘落果可作为提取橙皮苷、辛弗林的原料.
HPLC was utilized to identify and determine medicinal components in dropped Citrus fruits of five varieties. Results showed that hesperidin and synephrine were the main medicinal components in dropt fruits, and their contents varied with the Citrus varieties. The content of hesperidin ranged from 9.58%- 13.78%, and its average was 11.89%, a little higher than that of Zhishi variety. The range of synephrine content was 0.60%-1.92%, and its average was 0.96% obviously higher than that of Zhishi also. Effect of varieties on synephrine was stronger than on hesperidin. The size of dropt fruits affected the content of hesperidin and synephrine also. The results showed that content of medicinal components reduced with the increase of the fruit's size, especially synephrine. In five varieties, the synephrine in bingtang orange reduced mostly (76%). So the variety and size of variety Citrus fruits are very important when medicinal component is the aim.
