摘要
对花魔芋、白魔芋、珠芽魔芋的葡甘聚糖、生物碱等化学成分进行比较,结果表明,白魔芋球茎葡甘聚糖含量最高,其次为珠芽魔芋球茎,花魔芋球茎.珠芽魔芋地下球茎中生物碱的含量最高,白魔芋次之,花魔芋最低.魔芋不同器官生物碱的分布从高到低依次为顶芽、芋皮、地下球茎.湿法加工的魔芋葡甘聚糖粘度显著高于干法加工.
We have analysed the chemical compositions such as glucomannan and alkaloid from Amorphophallus rivieri, Amorphophallus albus, Amorphophallus bulbifer. The result indicated that the decreasing order of the content of glucomannan in underground bulbs was Amorphophallus albus〉Amorphophallus bulbifer〉Amorphophallus rivieri. But the decreasing order of alkaloid in underground bulbs was Amorphophallus bulbifer〉Amorphophallus albus〉 Amorphophallus rivieri. The decreasing order of alkaloid in different organs was terminal bud 〉epidermis 〉 underground bulbs. The viscosity of glucomannan which was extracted with wet milling technology was significantly higher than the viscosity of glucomannan which was extracted with dry milling Technology.
