摘要
目的探讨学龄儿童视力不良与头发中锌、铜、铁含量的关系,为改善小学生视力不良提供依据。方法选取银川市城区396名小学生,检查其标准对数视力。选取双眼裸眼视力均<1.0的60名学生为实验组,抽取60名双眼裸视力≥1.0的学生为对照组,采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定头发中铜、铁、锌的含量。结果所调查的小学生视力不良者占总调查人数的27.53%。双眼视力不良学生头发中铜、铁、锌的含量与视力正常学生相比,铜差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),铁和锌差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论应关注学龄儿童视力健康与微量元素等均衡营养关系。
Objective To explore the relationship between poor vision of pupils and the contents of Zn, Fe, Cu in their hair, and to provide bases for improving the pupils' vision. Methods The standard logarithmic visional chart was used to examine 396 pupils. The normal group was children with double naked vision ≥1.0 while the poor vision group was children with double naked vision 〈 1.0. The contents of Zn, Fe, Cu were measured by atomic absorption spectrophotometer. Results The prevalence of poor vision was 27.53%. The contents of Zn, Fe in the hair of the poor vision group were obviously lower than those of the contrastive normal group (P〈0.05) , the content of Cu had no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion More attention should be oaid to the sight of the children, enhance the nourishment and keeo balance of mieroelements inside the body.
