摘要
工程施工中常用分批张拉法把结构中预应力筋分别张拉到各自的设计张力值。针对分批张拉施工技术,提出了可以求解预应力筋的施工控制张拉力的计算方法,使得每根预应力筋张拉一次即可,无需反复调整张拉力,而且还能根据不同张拉顺序的方案,计算出张拉顺序对构件应力和变形的影响。可应用于预应力施工方案的优化设计。
It is general to stretch all the prestressed steel bars to their designed tensions by using a multistage tensioning construction method. With regard to the construction method of tensioning in sequence, a new method is proposed in the paper to calculate the control tensile force of prestressed steel bars. All the prestressed steel bars can be tensioned to the design tension value at one go if each bar is tensioned to its construction control tensile force as calculated with this method. The influence of the tensioning sequence on stress and deformation of members can be worked out according to different tensioning schemes. The method can be used to optimize the tensioning sequence.
