摘要
从我国高校校园建设规划的角度,探讨高校基本建设领域的价值工程应用。全文在阐述价值工程概念的基础上,提出了价值工程应用方法和应用前景分析,同时对价值工程在校园规划中的应用现状与问题进行分析,借助实际案例分析探讨了用价值工程理论解决高校校园规划的应用。
This thesis explores the application of Value Engineering （VE） in fundamental construction field from the aspect of constructive planning of campuses. Based on the explanation of the concept of VE, the thesis introduces the applying methods and future of VE in campus planning and construction. Meanwhile, it also analyzes the current situation and problem in campus planning and construction. At last, the writer adopts the factual cases to analyze and explore how to solve the application of campus planning and construction by using VE.
