摘要
本文报道了用匀浆互补、酯酶同工酶和叶绿素含量等预测陆地棉品种间杂种一代优势的效果。
Fifteen cross combinations are studied in upland cotton(Gossypiumhirsutum L.), and 11 characters are investigated. It is found that4 combinations shows marked heterosis in yield and 4 combinations non-marked among 15 combinations The methods of complementation of par-ental homogenates, analysis of the esterase isozymes and the determination ofthe leaf chlorophyll content are used to predict heterosis showing the follow-ing good results: a. The 1:1 mixture of homoyenate prepared from seedlingsof parent has higher oxidative rates than that of either parent measured singlyfor the 5 marked combinations, but not for the 4 nonmarked combinations.b. From esterase isozyme patterns in the enbryos of dry seeds of parents andtheir F_1 hybrids, 11 major bands are found and named 1E, 2E, 3E,…,11E.There are two types of zymogram bands, complementation and addition, inF_1 hybrids of marked combinations. c. Based on correlation study, for allcombinations a significant positive correlation exists between the mean chloro-phyll content of parents and F_1 lint yield, and so does between the meanchlorophyll a + b content of parents and the F_1 lint yield.
