摘要
MHC广泛存在于脊椎动物中,在鱼类中由于其高度的多态性,使其在遗传进化、免疫相关、抗病育种等方面倍受关注。本文综述了国内外关于鱼类MHC基因的遗传结构、功能特性及系统学方面的研究进展,并展望了将此类基因应用于遗传育种中的前景,以及制约研究所存在的问题。
Major histocompatibility complex (MHC) is widely found in vertebrates. Because of its high polymorphism in fish, MHC genes have drawn much attention in relation to genetic evolution, immunological functions and disease-resistance breeding etc. The genetic structure, function characteristics and phylogeny of MHC genes in fish studies are summarized in this paper; and the prospect and problems of using MHC genes in genetic breeding of fish are discussed.
